The high quality of the presentations that we have at the Mini iMoot is what keeps both presenters and attendees coming back year after year. If you are new to presenting at an Mini iMoot - don't worry, you'll get help and guidance from the team to make sure everything runs smoothly.

To submit a presentation proposal please select the 'Add Entry' tab below. We'll do the rest, and get back to you to confirm whether it has been accepted.

Sessions for the Mini iMoot are to be a maximum of 45 minutes long including question time.

If you can not see the 'Add Entry' tab, either you haven't set up an account on the site, or the call for presentations has closed.

Description of Presentation

We will look at four themes:

  • Clean
  • More
  • Boost - the new theme in M3.2 under development.
  • Shoelace - my freely available theme.

And discuss what is good, bad about the interface and how it can be improved.  For non-technical participants I will be happy to show you quick non-scary ways of writing CSS selectors to tweak your themes in the 'Custom CSS'.  For the developers in the audience there will be time to discuss the benefits of 'Mustache' templates.
