Scott Huntley

Using Competency Frameworks and Learning Plans

Content Type: Online Teaching and Course Creation

Language: English

Description of Presentation

In this presentation, Scott will walk you through using one of his most anticipated new features in Moodle 3.1 – Competency Frameworks and Learning Plans.

As a TAFE teacher in the Australian VET sector, Scott has wrestled with the best way to accommodate Competency Based Education for a few years. For this workshop, he will use an example course set up for ASQA’s VET Quality Framework for an accredited course at his TAFE, and illustrate how you’ll apply Competency Based Education to your needs.
